You can also ride a bicycle through the heather moors or through the open agricultural landscape, or wander along the chalky white sand beaches framed with breathtaking fauna and flora.
On a hot summer's day there is nothing like visiting one of our local "southern European beaches". Sandvesanden by Skudeneshavn and Åkrasanden further to the west offer white sand and clean, clear water. There is a culture and nature trail along the shoreline from Åkrehamn to Ferkingstad.
