Karmøy has many festivals: The Viking Festival has a variety of theatre, concerts, exhibition, historical walk, and lectures. The Skude Festival is by far the largest coastal culture get-together, and here all categories of boats meet. The Fishery Days in Åkrehamn offer fishery activities.
